Whistleblowing

The recent Legislative Decree n. 24 of 10 March 2023, which implemented Directive (EU) 1937/2019 (the so-called
Whistleblowing Directive), has extended the obligation to establish secure internal channels for reporting crimes,
by subjects entitled to do so, including all private sector companies.

The Company, in compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation, has activated a reporting channel
internal which, via a specific IT platform, allows the sending of reports, even in form
anonymous.

The platform guarantees, through encryption tools, the confidentiality of the identity of the Reporter, of the
Person Involved and the person mentioned in the Report, as well as the content of the
Reporting and related documentation, in full compliance with current privacy legislation (GDPR).
