Right of withdrawal
The Anna Virgili Online Shop wants to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or in the unfortunate event that products qualitatively not compliant with the requirements are delivered, you can return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.

Return shipping costs are paid by the Anna Virgili Online Shop.

It should be noted that it is not possible to return products purchased online to Anna Virgili stores and vice versa.

Reimbursement of the reimbursement
After the Anna Virgili Online Shop has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return will be sent to you with the date of the refund made. When purchasing with a credit card or debit card, the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.

How to return
In order to make a return it is necessary to access our ecommerce portal through the entry Access in the top menu on the website or by clicking HERE.

Once you have entered your personal data (registration email and password) simply click on the Returns Management item at the bottom of the page and the support request form will be visible.

The Return Request form will be automatically completed in its fields with your data. If there are any shortcomings, they can be entered directly. Before sending a return request it is mandatory to select one of the two possible options:

right of withdrawal
defective item or I do not confirm
and select the correct reference order from the appropriate menu.

Once you have submitted a request, one of our customer support agents will contact you directly within 48 hours (except on holidays).

We remind you that the products to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the date of delivery in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and strength. The only conditions that we require in the event of an ordinary return (not for quality reasons) are inherent to the product: it must not have been used and not have suffered any type of damage.
